Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Varun
Dhawan revealed the trailer of their forthcoming rom-com Badrinath Ki
Dulhania recently. In the trailer, there is a dialogue that Varun says to
Alia - "Tu jisse bhi shaadi karegi, uski life bann jayegi!"
When Alia was questioned about the same with reference to
her real life, she told, "I don't think main bigaadne ka mann rakhti
hun. Hopefully bann hi jayegi aur rang bhi jayegi."
But, Varun had a different thing to say. He specified,
"According to me Alia bahot hi achi bahu banegi. You will be a
good bahu rani."
Not agreeing to Varun, Alia told, "Matlab? Biwi nahi
banungi? Bahu to whom? To Sasu Ma? And what about the husband? How do you
know I will be a good bahu?"
"Because you are good with mothers," reasons Varun
Dhawan.
While Varun and Alia were busy with their banter, their
mentor Karan Johar interrupted and asked, "What does a
good bahu mean? Only a true Punjabi boy can say things like
this."
"A good bahu is someone who is liked by the Sasu
Ma, the father likes her. You will manage the family well," Varun ended
conversation.
Before the talk could go further deep, Karan cut it out and
asked the media to ask some other question to both Alia and Varun.
