Actor Akshaye Khanna, who had been away from the public view
since the past few years, made his comeback to the entertainment industry with
Dishoom, but did you know that the actor was supposed to amuse us in the second
season of Anil Kapoor's 24.
During a latest interview, Akshaye disclosed that Anil, with
whom he had worked in Taal, had offered him a role in the second season of
‘24', but Akshaye turned down the offer as he was not quite enthralled with the
role and felt that it was not right for him. Akshaye also further added that
initially, he was skeptical about how the Indian remake of ‘24' would work, but
was later impressed when it was finally aired.
Akshaye Khanna will be next seen playing the antagonist in
the remake of Ittefaq.
