It is amazing to see former beauty queen and Bachchan Bahu
Aishwarya Rai sweeping floors and washing dishes.
But that's accurately what the light-eyed beauty did lately
while at the Golden Temple in Amritsar, where she had been shooting for her forthcoming
movie Sarbjit. The crew lately shot at the Harmandir Sahib, Golden Temple in
Amritsar where they captured some beautiful shots of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in
and with the beautiful shrine. But, apart from shooting, Aishwarya also
performed seva at the divine place. From washing dishes to sweeping the floors,
making chapatis and preparing dal, the beautiful actress did everything that a
person doing seva in the temple would do, before having food at the traditional
'langar' at the temple.
In the movie, which is being directed by Omung Kumar,
Aishwarya will play the role of Dalbir Kaur, the sister of Sarbjit Singh, an Indian
farmer, who was convicted on charges of spying by the Pakistani government. The
movie also stars Randeep Hoodaand and Richa Chadda.
