Shahrukh Khan to play double again!

Shahrukh Khan is keeping us in the dark about which movie he’ll do next but rumour has it that he’s teaming up with two big time filmmakers for the remake of a classic.

As the story goes, SRK has given the nod to Farah Khan’s Rohit Shetty-produced spin on Satte Pe Satta. While the Badshah will reprise Amitabh Bachchan’s double role, Katrina Kaif is also in talks to step into Hema Malini’s shoes for the ensemble piece. With 14 key roles in total, Farah’s cast will even end up eclipsing Kabir Khan’s cricket team for ‘83! 

SRK’s interest in Farah Khan's remake of Satte Pe Satta?

After the Zero film, Superstar Shah Rukh Khan specified that he will feature in Saare Jahan Se Achcha but later he opted out of it as he was apparently pretty shaken up with Zero's failure and now is quite careful in selecting roles. And since then, fans of SRK are waiting for his next movie's pronouncement. There was the report that he may do Don 3 but nothing concrete on the same appeared later.

Now, the report is that Farah Khan who has previously worked with SRK in two films- Main Hoon Na and Happy New Year is planning to make Satte Pe Satta remake and a tabloid suggests that SRK has shown interest in it and may feature in the film.

A source revealed, "Farah has bounced off the script to Shah Rukh and he is interested in it. The two share a great working relationship and have delivered hits like Main Hoon Naa and Happy New Year. He wants to make a strong comeback and nothing better than a masala entertainer."
