Actress Pooja Bedi pens heartfelt note for daughter Alaia F on her debut with Saif!

Romantic comedy drama Jawaani Jaaneman’s shooting has begun in London. Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaia Furniturewallah will be making her debut in Hindi movies with this project. She will be sharing the screen space with megastar Saif Ali Khan and Tabu and will be playing the character of Saif’s daughter. Nitin Kakkar’s directorial Jawaani Jaaneman is produced by Jackky Bhagnani's Pooja Entertainment in association with Saif's Black Knight Films and Jay Shewakramani's Northern Lights Films and is scheduled to hit theatres on November 29.

Even before the stunning Alaia made headlines with the pronouncement of her debut movie, she has been in the limelight for sharing her lovely photos on social media.

Alaia’s mother and former Bollywood actress, Pooja Bedi took to her social media handle recently to share a heartfelt note wishing good luck to her daughter and Saif, as they begin shooting. She uploaded a photo of the two from India's match against Pakistan at the ICC World Cup 2019 on Sunday and posted, “My daughter Alaia with Saif Ali Khan at the world cup match in London. Perfect start to their shoot together for her Debut film #jawaanijaaneman . He plays her dad.. and this was shot on fathers day. Best of luck for beautiful new beginnings.”

Akashdeep Saigal’s comeback as Pir Muhammad in Sher-E-Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh after 4 years’ sabbatical!

TV world’s Sky Walker aka Akashdeep Saigal, who was on a sabbatical from acting for about four years is all set to make a comeback on TV world.

As per a famous tabloid, the actor will be seen in a negative role in the historical show, Sher-E-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, where he will essay the role of Pir Muhammad. When he was questioned about what took him so long to make a comeback, Sky specified, "I lost my mother. I was extremely attached to her and after her death, I lost interest in everything. It took me a while to bounce back, but when I returned, I took up projects down South. I have always been passionate about everything I do. Now that I am back, I will give more than 100 percent to acting. I am more evolved, grateful and serious about my craft."

During his stint in Bigg Boss, the actor got well-known for his anger issues and temperamental avatar. He was further questioned whether he has evolved from it and Akashdeep Saigal told, "Such shows tend to create drama inside the house because fights sell. People like voyeurism. There are lovely moments as well, but one can pack only so much in an hour's telecast. The makers create an image for every contestant and show footages matching that. Having said that, I could have done better."

Furthermore, he even accused the host of BB, Salman Khan for damaging his career. Speaking about the controversy, Sky told, "That's a thing of the past. I wish him all the best. People make mistakes. Time changes everything." 

On his personal life, Sky was dating Pooja Bedi after their stint in Bigg Boss but broke up after two years of their relationship. Speaking about Pooja, he told, "She is a wonderful person; in fact, there were times when I would wonder if that was for real. She is the best person I have known. We were two strong personalities and hence, clashes were bound to happen. I may be single, but every man requires feminine energy to bring balance to life. My perception towards women has changed after my mom's death."

Deepak Tijori, Ayesha Jhulka, Mamik Singh, Farah Khan, Pooja Bedi and Imran Khan among others were present at the get-together. And the cherry on the cake was the Dangal star who gave us numerous laughter moments. 

Aamir Khan is a big prankster on the sets and was the same during the filming of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar .

Remembering one such moment Farah revealed, “Aamir used to say everyone and he still doing this ...he is like let me read your hand ...and he would spit on their hand....”

Quick to retort Aamir light-heartedly responded, “Maine jis heroine ke haath par thukha hai wo number one ban gai ” (Whoever’s hand I have spat on has become a number 1 heroine).

Pooja who was a party to the chat in a jest told, “I'll tell my daughter that Aalia u have to go and meet Aamir uncle he needs to spit on your hand.”

And Aamir with his humour didn’t stop here. Speaking about what all has changed during this period of 24 years, he jokingly told, “24 years me bahut kuch change ho gaya hai...meri shadi toot gai...nai shadi ho gai ...or kya”.

Pooja Bedi's daughter Aalia is quite a social media star and the teen sensation has now beautified the cover page of a popular women's magazine along with her mother.

Aalia and Pooja are on the cover of the glossy's October, 2016 edition and we must say that the mother-daughter duo is scorching it together. Dressed in black, the glam girls look more like sisters. 'Sassy, sexy, cool – it's all in the genes'.

It looks Alia wants to follow in her mother's footsteps and is currently studying acting at the prestigious New York Film Academy.

Kabir Bedi condemns daughter Pooja for making 'venomous comments' against his!

Veteran actor Kabir Bedi tied the knot with his long-time lover Parveen Dusanj on his 70th birthday and while everybody else was happy for the duo, daughter Pooja Bedi didn't seem too pleased with this wedding and took to Twitter to make nasty comments about Dusanj.

Annoyed by this, Kabir took to his Twitter page to lash out by posting, “DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED by venomous comments by my daughter Pooja against @parveendusanj just after we married. NO excuse for bad behavior.”

Pooja later deleted her nasty tweet, in which she had called Dusanj an evil step-mother and posted, “Deleted the last tweet on my dad @iKabirBedi 4th marriage. Let’s keep things positive. I wish him the best!!!”
