Veteran actress Juhi Chawla was one of the top actors of the
90s. She has starred in a number hit films as Darr, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Yes
Boss and Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani. In July, two of Juhi's movies completed
over two decades of its release. Yes Boss with Shah Rukh Khan completed 21
years, while Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Kewith Aamir Khan completed 25 years.
In a latest chat with a daily, when Juhi was quizzed about
the same, she revealed, "To tell you truthfully, I haven’t watched 95
percent of my work. Maybe, I have seen a film once at a preview or in a theatre
but never revisited them. For me, it’s a mixture of amazement and disbelief
that I did all this work."
Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani starred Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi
Chawla in the lead roles. The movie worked wonders at the box office at that
time. Disclosing whom would she like to step into the shoes of Shah Rukh and
hers, Juhi promptly replied, "Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. I recently saw
Sanju (starring Ranbir) and Raazi (starring Alia) and both are superlative. I
would like them in Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani if it is remade."
