After films like Coffee With D and Hotel Milan, director
Vishal Mishra is back with a small-town love story titled Marudhar Express
which stars Kunaal Roy Kapur and Tara Alisha Berry in lead roles. The makers
have released two new posters for the movie which reveal the sweet romantic
moments between the couple. The movie is set in the backdrop of Kanpur.
Previously, the movie was titled Hum Dono Honge Kaamyaab.
Marudhar Express is a beautiful story about a couple who have had an arranged
marriage and are pressurised to have kids right after they get married. The
film is loaded with humour, emotions, and also the harsh reality of certain
struggles faced after marriage, besides raising some integral questions that
are relevant even today.
Kunaal Roy Kapur essays an innocent man who does not play
along with wits, while Tara Alisha Berry plays a young, ambitious woman, who
wants to make a name for herself and break through the stereotypes that exist
in a small town. The film also stars Rajesh Sharma as Kunaal's father in a
never-seen-before avatar.
Marudhar Express is slated to release on October 26, 2018.
