I was fortunate that I came into films when the audience was quite forgiving, says Saif Ali Khan!

A lot has been spoken about nepotism and numerous star kids are questioned about their views on it.

Saif Ali Khan penned an open letter through a leading daily and expressed his views on the 'N' word. He specified, "So, what is nepotism? I think nepotism means when you give somebody from your family a job that somebody else is better suited for. But, is that what happens in movies? Is that what people mean when they say that there is a lot of nepotism in the film industry? I think perhaps what Kangana means (and again I’m only assuming here) by nepotism is that people from Dharma or Yashraj are against people like her, who have come up the hard way without their support and that they only support their own people. Whether that is true or not I have no idea and it’s none of my business."

Lately, during an event, Saif spoke about how his journey started by telling, "My father told me when I was very young that I can forget about any kind of inheritance from him and he doesn’t have the kind of money I am imagining. Growing up in Delhi, there were many wealthy people. He said you are not like that. He said I will send you to good school and university but the rest is up to you."

He further specified, "I found it frightening and I knew that wasn’t what I wanted. It made my parents worried. Then BR Chopra came to Delhi, offered me an ad, something to do in films. For the first time, I felt a sense of direction. I was fortunate that I came into films when the audience was quite forgiving, media was kind, I used to speak Hindi with a bit of an accent as I was straight out of England, have been in love with the profession since then."

When questioned about freedom of expression in today's times, Saif told, "We do live in times where celebs and people are in general cautious about what they say. I think we live in so much fear. Whether that is founded or unfounded, I am not sure but it makes me uncomfortable to not share my thoughts."

He spoke about censorship stating, "The things happening today are ridiculous."

Deepika to romance with Varun Dhawan in Shoojit Sircar's October?

Bollywood star Varun Dhawan has teamed up with Shoojit Sircar for an unusual love story titled October. There were a lot of conjectures around the casting for the movie and after the picture of Varun reading a script with Shoojit and the rumours fell flat. Now, what about the leading lady?

As per a report in a leading daily, Deepika Padukone has approached the director of the movie even knowing the fact that she won't have much in her kitty in terms of the role as it's a romantic comedy. She wants to work with Shoojit once again because it was Piku who got her many awards. Won't be interesting to see Deepika and Varun together?

And Shoojit can present unusual pairing in a magical way just like Deepika and Irrfan in Piku. The idea of unconventional romance was a notch above than what we think of.

Titled October, Shoojit tells it’s "not a love story but his take on love". He revealed, "It’s again an out-of-the-box kind of story. We started working on this film’s idea, which came from a small newspaper clipping, right before Piku (2015)," said the film-maker adding that it’s "a very unusual, unconventional kind of a story in the slice-of-life and romance space."

Varun, on his part, tells that since his debut (with Student of The Year; 2012), Shoojit featured on his wish list of directors. “I am definitely happy and excited. What’s amazing about him (Shoojit) is that he is very sure about his vision. I have met him just now, so I am trying to get into that world, understand it, and the way the film is going to breathe and feel. It’s very different from anything I have done before,” revealed the actor.

Angelina Jolie opens up about the split with Brad Pitt!

Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who were the ultimate power couple Brangelina, after being together for 12 years pronounced their split, last year in September much to the shock of everyone.

There were numerous rumors as to why the separation took place in the first place. Getting candid as the cover star of Vanity Fair, Angelina got candid and revealed that their lifestyle was never the reason for their split. She told, "[Our lifestyle] was not in any way a negative, That was not the problem. That is and will remain one of the wonderful opportunities we are able to give our children…They’re six very strong-minded, thoughtful, worldly individuals. I’m very proud of them."

"Things got bad, I didn’t want to use that word. . . . Things became ‘difficult,’" Angelina disclosed.

But Angelina does not hold a grudge against her estranged love. She told, "We care for each other and care about our family, and we are both working towards the same goal."

Angelina has lately moved with her children to the Los Feliz house. Speaking about her children, Angelina told, "It’s just been the hardest time, and we’re just kind of coming up for air. [This house] is a big jump forward for us, and we’re all trying to do our best to heal our family."

She further added, "They’ve been very brave. They were very brave. In times they needed to be. We’re all just healing from the events that led to the filing . . . They’re not healing from divorce. They’re healing from some . . . from life, from things in life."

"I was very worried about my mother, growing up—a lot. I do not want my children to be worried about me. I think it’s very important to cry in the shower and not in front of them. They need to know that everything’s going to be all right even when you’re not sure it is," Angelina specified.

The actress is not planning to take up any movies projects anytime soon as he primary focus is her children. She told, "I’m just wanting to make the proper breakfast and keep the house. That’s my passion. At the request of my kids, I’m taking cooking classes. As I go to sleep at night, I think, Did I do a great job as a mom or was that an average day?"

Angelina also disclosed that she was suffering from Bell’s Palsy but has cured now. She told, "I actually feel more of a woman because I feel like I’m being smart about my choices, and I’m putting my family first, and I’m in charge of my life and my health. I think that’s what makes a woman complete."

Angelina ended by speaking about her conversation with her son Knox. When she was joking about something along the lines of 'Pretend to be normal', Knox told, "Who wants to be normal? We’re not normal. Let’s never be normal."

Actor Varun Dhawan is going strong in his bond with girlfriend Natasha Dhawan. The actor has never repudiated about Natasha but has avoided speaking about her at numerous instances.

On Neha Dhupia's talk show, when Varun was questioned about her, he specified, "I have never hidden about my relationship, I have been spotted at several occasions. I have never spoken about it openly, that's because the media makes different stuff and versions with it. They make you fight, break up, patch up, this and that."

He further told, "And she is not from the film line and as much as I can protect her from the crazy ogling, logging everything. I am protecting my personal life because for me that's my sanctity. When I am done with shooting and home, that's my reality check."

Dhawan was also asked about the nuptial plans, to which he responded, "Honestly, we have not thought that much ahead. I just want to say that sometimes you find that someone and that connection is formed. Then everything else you think beyond an end of the life, it actually doesn't matter. Certain relationships get there. There are certain connections and bonds which will pull you and make you do these things, you will not do for everyone. "

It's a debate brought by two personalities who've decided to quote-unquote each other, says Kajol on nepotism!

Nepotism discussion has been going on in Bollywood for quite a few months now. The controversy started off in February when Kangana Ranaut appeared on Karan Johar's chat show and called him a flag bearer of nepotism. Though Karan didn't hit back initially, later he responded to the claim at an event. Since then the war of words hasn't stopped.

Lately, the nepotism debate, which had cooled down a bit, was discussed at IIFA awards by Saif Ali Khan, Varun Dhawan and Karan Johar. While the trio later apologized for taking a dig at Kangana, the debate now refuses to die down.

In an interview with a daily, Kajol was questioned to comment on nepotism to which she told, "I think it is a debate brought on by two personalities (referring to Karan and Kangana) who have decided to quote- unquote each other. I honestly think it’s a moot point because every child wants to grow up and be like their parents."

She further added, "Lawyers’ children grow up and become lawyers, and doctors’ children grow up and become doctors. And sometimes both of their children become actors.”

The actress further specified, "It is an open world. It is a free space. Anybody can become anything that they want to become. The people who succeeded in the industry, and by example you can take any name you want, they have succeeded because of their talent and sheer hard work. I don’t think all the people who have succeeded have that much to claim over their bloodline."

Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central’s new captivating trailer!

The promo of Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central is out. In the movie, the versatile actor plays the role of Kishen Mohan Girhotra, an aspiring Bhojpuri singer who is a big fan of Manoj Tiwari. He stays in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Going by the trailer, it is shown that when Farhan gets an opportunity of meeting Manoj, his bodyguard threw the CD recording which the actor made for Manoj.

Then, Farhan is charged with murder and is sent to jail where Ronit Roy is the jailor and has grey shades in his character. There Farhan is tortured by the fellow jail inmates.

Then comes Diana Penty, who gives an opportunity to Lucknow Central jail inmates to form a band. Now, as Farhan is a singer, he creates a band with Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, InaamUlHaq and Rajesh Sharma.

But, his actual plan is to escape from the jail with the help of his music and inmates.

Lucknow Central is helmed by Ranjit Tiwari and produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, NikkhilAdvani, Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani. The music is by Arjunna Harjaie, Rochak Kohli & Tanishk Bagchi.

The film is scheduled to release on September 15, 2017.

Is Sunny Leone and Emraan Hashmi's sizzling track Piya More copied from somewhere? Watch it!

Film Baadshaho's sizzling number Piya More picturised on Emraan Hashmi and Sunny Leone came out two days back and their steamy chemistry is the highlight of the song. But, there is one more reason that the song has come in the limelight and not in the good shade. The filmmakers have been accused of plagiarism.

As per a report in a famous daily, the number has landed director Milan Luthria, music company T-Series and composer Ankit Tiwari in legal trouble. Filmmaker Jai Prakash has claimed that the number has been lifted from a lesser-known song, Nasha Sar Pe Chadke Bole, from his movie Dee Saturday Night (2014). It's Tiwari who has composed both the songs.

Jai Prakash said a daily, "I was shocked when I heard Piya More, it's the same as Nasha Sar Pe Chadke Bole. "They [makers of Baadshaho] must have asked Ankit to compose an item song and he conveniently lifted the song from my film. Ankit must have thought, 'Film kisiko maloom nahi hai, producer flop baitha hua hai, kaun action lega?'"

"I discussed the matter with Ashoke Pandit (vice president of IMPPA) and other members of the committee. They insisted that I take legal action," further added Prakash.

Jai Prakash went on to add, "I'm shocked that people like Bhushan Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Milan Luthria, who are spending R100 crore on the movie, cannot [get their composer to] create another [original] song! I'll take legal action against them and stop the movie's release if need be."

When contacted Tiwari, he told, "The two songs are definitely not similar. If you get a music expert to listen to both songs, he'll tell you about [the difference in their] tunes and chord progression."

Vinod Bhanushali told, "How would I know if the music composer has sent us a tune which is similar [to an existing song]? Mr Jai Prakash should ideally contact Ankit Tiwari. The matter is between them." 

His cameo is longer than mine in Tubelight, says SRK on Salman's cameo in Aanand L Rai's film!

Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are leaving no stone unturned when it comes to helping each other. The friends have often come together for promotions and special appearances in each other's films and shows, in the past one year. After SRK's cameo in Salman Khan's Tubelight, reports were widespread that Salman Khan has a special appearance in Shah Rukh's Aanand L Rai movie.

Images of the two superstars shooting at Yash Raj Studios also went viral on the web a few weeks back. Both Salman and SRK shot for a special dance number recently for the movie which also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead.

Lately, at the song launch, when Shah Rukh was questioned to speak about Salman Khan's cameo, he told, "His part is longer than that (referring to his cameo in Tubelight). Salman Khan will be seen as Salman Khan in the film, but I am not in a position to reveal much about his role in the film. It is a very special role and Salman has put in his heart in the character.”

The production banner Eros released the teaser of the movie on their official Twitter account a few hours ago and by the looks of it, it seems the movie will manage to pull the audience to the theatres.

The teaser doesn’t feature the lead actors as of now but shows that the film is based on a non-hot character of Bhumi Pednekar and non-cool role of Ayushmann Khurrana.

Ayushmann also retweeted the teaser links which were shared by a few celebs on the micro-blogging site. The film’s name was also trending for a few hours on Twitter.

The movie, which is directed by Prasanna and produce by Aanand L. Rai, tackles the issue of erectile dysfunction. The movie is a remake of Prasanna's Tamil release Kalyana Samayal Saadham.

Too young in the industry to stick to a particular genre, admits Athiya Shetty!

Athiya Shetty is one movie old in the industry and is eagerly waiting for her next release "Mubarakan" in which she will don a girl-next-door image once again. Actress Athiya Shetty, but, feels that her work demands versatility and that she is too young to stick to a particular genre.

Athiya is in the capital to be the showstopper for designers Shyamal and Bhumika's maiden show at India Couture Week (ICW) 2017, here on Wednesday night.

Questioned if she will ever do non-glamorous roles as off screen, she is considered as one of the fashionable stars of B-Town, Athiya told, "Definitely. My work is my passion and it demands versatility. I would love to do roles which get out a different set of skills in me. Presently, I am too young in the industry to decide and stick to a particular genre."

Daughter of veteran actor Suniel Shetty, she made her debut in the 2015 romantic action movie "Hero", directed by Nikkhil Advani. The movie, a remake of veteran filmmaker Subhash Ghai's eponymous 1983 directorial, saw her share screen space with Sooraj Pancholi.

Now in Anees Bazmee's "Mubarakan", she shares the frame with veteran actor Anil Kapoor and actors Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz. The movie is scheduled to hit the screens on Friday.

As much as she is thrilled about the audience's reaction to the movie, Athiya is also upbeat about being on the fashion runway.

"It's a great experience to walk the fashion runway. I have never felt any anxiety or nervousness as such. I have always been myself and associated with designers whose sensibilities and craft I can associate with. This makes it easy and comfortable for everyone involved," she told, while appreciating Shyamal and Bhumika's collection.

Speaking about her personal style statement, the 24-year-old tells, "Like most girls, I have always been fond of dressing up."

Shocking that no one noticed Caine in Dunkirk, reveals Christopher Nolan!

Filmmaker Christopher Nolan has disclosed that legendary actor Michael Caine made a cameo in "Dunkirk", and he is stunned that a lot of people have not noticed his presence.

"Dunkirk", featuring Tom Hardy, Harry Styles and Cillian Murphy in the lead, released last week.

Nolan tells Caine lent his voice to a scene featuring Hardy and Jack Lowden, reports a portal.

"It's shocking to me that a lot of people haven't (spotted the cameo), when he has really one of the most distinctive voices in cinema," Nolan revealed.

"I wanted very much to squeeze him in here. It's a bit of a nod to his character in 'Battle of Britain'. And also, it's Michael. He has to be in all my films, after all," he further added.

Caine has featured in all of Nolan's movies since "Batman Begins" in 2005.

In "Dunkirk", he can be heard giving orders to pilots Hardy and Jack Lowden in the cockpit.

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all prepped up for the release of his forthcoming film Jab Harry Met Sejal. The film is a rom-com starring him opposite Anushka Sharma. The film has been directed by Imtiaz Ali and is scheduled to release on August 4, 2017.

During the song launch of Hawayein, SRK was questioned why despite being the kind of romance he doesn't like watching romantic movies. Known for his wit, SRK quipped saying, "EK controversial baat bolun I love making love and not watching it. I don't watch it, I do it"

He further added, "Genuinely, it is not like I don't like love stories but it is just that I am no longer a lover, I AM Love."

He was also questioned if wife Gauri Khan gets insecure seeing him romance his leading females on screen, to this SRK joked saying that after Gauri saw him throwing a woman in Baazigar, she doesn't question him at all. But, he was quick to add that this is just a joke and hopefully be taken that way only.

Speaking about it to a famous agency, SRK lately specified, "I am pathetic with relationships. I am so pathetic that I am comic." He further added, "If somebody said what did you say to him or her when he or she said this, my answer would shock you. They are like 'but how could you?' and I say, 'I don’t know how else to relate to this.' I am very bad with relationships, I am awful." Shah Rukh even said that he likes to hide his emotions unlike his roles in the film. He said, "I am extremely one-sided, perhaps even selfish. Actually, I am very detached. I am demotional - emotional and detached, I don’t know how it works. I won’t be able to say anything that I’ve done in my films to a girl, or even in relationships..."

He also told, "I am extremely closeted, introverted, shy, reclusive and completely shut off about my emotions."

Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are one of the hottest and most adored couples in Bollywood. The twosome was lately spotted spending some quality time with each other on Ranveer's birthday.

But, if reports are to be believed that the two have called it a quit due to their hectic work schedule.

A famous daily quoted a source saying that this time the duo has broken up permanently and that Ranveer has started dating another girl.

The source further told, "Ranveer and Deepika have been together for five years. They are no longer a couple. There was no bitter parting. They just drifted apart. They both tried to make it work with the help of their supportive families who wanted to ensure that the relationship made it to the altar. That was one of the problems with the relationship. Ranveer wanted a marriage. Deepika completely opposed the idea, arguing that marriage would affect her career at its prime.”

The source further disclosed that despite keeping patience, the long distance between the two caused problems. “Even when they were shooting in separate continents, he would fly down to be with her whenever possible. He gave Deepika lots of space and never allowed any suspicion to creep in even when rumours of a relationship with Vin Diesel reached his ears," the source further added.

Salman Khan blushes on the sets of Tiger Zinda Hai due to Katrina! Why know?

Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are presently in Morocco to shoot for Ali Abbas Zafar's Tiger Zinda Hai. The two will be seen doing some high-octane action sequences in the movie and have been training hard for it.

Tiger Zinda Hai has things that you have never seen before in Indian cinema. We are making this film on a huge scale, especially the action."

He further added, "The action scenes that I have shot with the team in Austria and Abu Dhabi are on another level. There are horses, tanks, big weapons and there’s this whole army, military backdrop. It’s like something you see in Hollywood films.” He makes another interesting revelation, “The plot is also inspired by a real incident. It’s a really nice script. I cannot tell you what the true story is, as Adi (Aditya Chopra) will kill me!"

Rishi Kapoor took everybody aback when he lashed out at the filmmaker Anurag Basu for the failure of Ranbir Kapoor's newest outing Jagga Jasoos. He told to a daily, "Honestly, Neetu and I saw the film on Thursday, only a day ahead of the release. Till Wednesday, Anurag Basu was still mixing the film. Can you imagine that? Pritam [composer] probably delivered the music only a week before. What can you say? Basu doesn't take an opinion from anybody. Today's filmmakers are doing this with everybody. They don't show their films before release to take opinions and treat it as though they're making a nuclear bomb. I didn't hate or love the film. I only felt it needed to be abridged by 20 minutes. But who is going to give that opinion to them? I totally agree with Ekta Kapoor when she threw him out from her film. He had problems with Rakesh Roshan while working on Kites(2010). He's such an irresponsible director that he doesn't complete the film. It was supposed to release three times in the past two years, but it kept getting delayed."

Now, another tabloid reported that both Anurag and Ranbir were upset with Rishi for his remarks. A source told to the tabloid, "We knew it was coming. Rishi Kapoor had been ranting against Anurag to anyone who was remotely connected with Jagga Jasoos. He had even threatened to beat up Anurag if he ever showed his face to him. He thinks today Anurag is an 'irresponsible director'. I am sure he would have seemed like a responsible director had Jagga Jasoos been a hit."

The source further added, "As far as Anurag not showing his film to Rishi Kapoor is concerned Sanjay Leela Bhansali did not show a frame of Ranbir’s debut film Saawariya to him or anyone else. Recently, Rishi was venting against Shakun Batra for his working style in Kapoor & Sons. But the minute the audience accepted the film Rishi changed his tune. Sadly, Rishi has also brought in Ekta Kapoor, Rakesh Roshan and Govinda to argue his case against Anurag."

When the tabloid communicated Anurag for his remark, he responded, "I want to avoid making any comments against a senior who also happens to be my friend's dad."

There's another 3-4 years to go for our next movie, reveals Kajol on working with SRK!

When we think of an everlasting Jodi in Bollywood, the first couple that comes to our mind is Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. The best twosome has worked in films namely Baazigar, Karan Arjun, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham..., My Name Is Khan and Dilwale.

People are waiting to see SRK-Kajol magic on the big screen and they both have been asked numerous times about the same.

Lately, during a communication with a famous daily, when Kajol was questioned about her plans of working with Shah Rukh again, she told that they both come together in six-seven years and have been doing it from past 25 years. So, people have to wait for another three-four years to see them together on their next film.

Furthermore, she was also questioned if she has any regrets about doing Dilwale, to which she specified that she is proud of all her work and has no regrets. Kajol also said that she had a great time making Dilwale.

Lately, Kajol was asked by a famous daily about the paparazzi continuously capturing star kids whenever spotted. She specified, "If something like this were to happen with Nysa or Yug, I'd be infuriated. It's sad that the Indian paparazzi has reached a stage where it can do this to a kid. What happened with her sounds like bullying to me. We are stars; it's our job to accept all of that. But to be doing that to someone who is nothing more than an impressionable teenager is harassing her in plain words. They should be more responsible when it comes to dealing with our kids. We signed up for this, they didn't."

Anil Kapoor becomes AK for his children!

Anil Kapoor is one of the coolest actors we have seen in Bollywood. His camaraderie with his co-stars and also with his family are a treat to one's eyes. Now, the veteran actor is all set to be seen alongside his nephew Arjun Kapoor in Mubarakan.

We recently caught up with Anil and asked him about his experience of working with his family. To which he replied, "Arjun Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Varun Dhawan, I know all of them since they were kids. So, I have a comfort level with all three of them. Especially Arjun, because he is my brother's son, he grew up in front of me. What I like about him is, he bonds very well with all his cousins and my children. Usually, sometimes what happens is, cousins, live separately in different cities, so it becomes difficult to bond. But now, everybody is living in the vicinity of Juhu, Lokhandwala, Bandra and Pali Hill. It's like one full gang and I am their eternal uncle/chacha."

Anil revealed an interesting fact about himself saying, "They don't call me uncle, they call me AK. Even my children call me AK, they call my wife Sunita, Sonu and not mom."

That's an interesting revelation, isn't it?

He further added, "I have been friendly with all these kids and it's great fun. It was amazing to work with Arjun and we always used to get along very well. Now, we have spent so much time together professionally."

Anil concluded by saying, "There are ups and downs in these kinds of situations when you are working with your relatives. We have to be very sensitive and we all are very careful."

You cannot work alongside them if you don't talk, admits Kajol on film with Karan Johar!

Bollywood’s ex-buddies Kajol and Karan Johar, who were once the best of friends, don't see each other eye to eye today. Problems between the actor and the director started brewing when Kajol's husband Ajay Devgn's film Shivaay clashed with Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil on Diwali 2016.

Karan Johar, who worked with Kajol in films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, My Name Is Khan among others, specified about his fight with the actress and why they ended their 25-year long relationship.

Seemingly, Kajol's husband Ajay Devgn had told 'nasty' things to KJo after which the filmmaker vowed never to talk to her 'no matter what'. He claimed in his book that 'she is out of my life'.

Lately, when Kajol was questioned if she would work with Karan, she told, "If you’re not comfortable with the people you’re working with, if you cannot speak up, or speak to the people you’re working with….I think communication is a key element in working with people. You can’t work alongside them if you don’t talk."

She further added, "Let me put it this way, I am not answering any questions on that particular point. If any of my other friends want to offer me a film I’ll definitely do it."

On the film front, Kajol is presently gearing up for the release of her movie VIP 2. This is her second Tamil film after Minsara Kanavu (1997). VIP 2 is a sequel to the 2014 comedy-drama VIP and stars Dhanush, Amala Paul, Vivek, Saranya Ponvannan and Samuthirakani returning from the first movie. 

Atul Kulkarni to play Tatya Tope in Manikarnika - Queen of Jhansi!

The star cast of Manikarnika - Queen of Jhansi is getting larger and better with every update we get. Kangana Ranaut will be seen essaying the titular role, whereas Aankita Lokhaande will play Jhalkari Bai, the one who used to disguise and shield Rani Laxmi Bai.

Now as per a famous tabloid, Atul Kulkarni has been roped in to essay Ramchandra Pandurang Tope, popularly known as Tatya Tope. Along with Kangana and Aankita, Atul was also learning horse-riding and sword-fighting for the movie.

Speaking about his character, Atul specified, "This is something I’ve never done before. I am doing all my sword fighting stunts myself. My body-double hired to do the stunts just sits around on the sets doing nothing."

Directed by Krish, Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi is scheduled to release on April 27, 2018.

If I tell you Pari is a love story you will be surprised, reveals Anushka Sharma!

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma's film Pari raised a lot of eyeballs when the first look came out. In the poster, which was uncovered a while back, Anushka's character looks spooky as hell, in the most captivating way possible.

Speaking about the same with a famous tabloid, Anushka told, "It’s an interesting way to show a film. Whatever intrigue is there for the film, is exactly what we are looking forward to. Things are in place and the more we proceed more will be divulged about the film. I am excited to take up a genre like this because I love watching it as a viewer, too."

From the looks of the poster, it looks like Pari is a horror film. On this, Anushka disclosed, "If I tell you Pari is a love story, you will be surprised. But it is. It’s not something which you can define or confine into one genre. Horror’s always a treatment and atmospheric horror is just brilliant, which is what Pari is all about."

Talking about the horror genre, the actress specified, "Love stories also don’t work at times, but there are lesser examples to make here. So you can say horror mein aisa hota hai. This genre isn’t one that has been tried-and-tested. I believe it’s got an untapped potential. India watches a lot of horror and it’s an interesting space. Horror doesn’t always have to be about ghosts coming out of closets. It’s a theme. It’s the treatment and that’s what is exciting. This genre has not been explored too well in Bollywood, which is why I got into this. I want people to always expect the unconventional from me."

Sylvester Stallone’s appearance in First Blood!

Sylvester Stallone is a self-confessed fan of Hindi cinema, which is why he agreed to do a cameo in 2009’s Kambakkht Ishq.

Now there’s buzz that the Italian Stallion is in talks to also make an appearance in the desi remake of his first Rambo film First Blood, which will star Tiger Shroff in the lead. The news might actually be legit since Sajid Nadiadwala has a good relationship with Sly after he managed to rope him in for Kambakkht Ishq. Anupam Kher to join digital world!

Anupam Kher has joined the mass exodus of actors who are headed for the digital space.

The veteran actor is producing and starring in a web series about the India-Pakistan War of 1971. Anupam’s keeping details of the project close to his chest, but I can reveal that he’s hired one Canadian and one Indian writer to work on the research and script together. The story for the untitled series will be based on actual events that took place during the war, so prepare to learn some history while being entertained!

For years Karan Johar unsuccessfully tried to adapt Amish Tripathi’s book The Immortals of Meluha, to the point where his rights to the novel ran out.

Now I hear that the novelist has resold the rights to Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and the maverick moviemaker has his eyes on casting Hrithik Roshan in the project. If all goes to plan then Duggu will play Lord Shiva, who helps the people of Meluha in their war against the Chandravanshis and the Nagas. Trust me guys, this film could be even bigger than Baahubali!

Farhan Akhtar becomes a Bhojpuri prisoner in Lucknow Central!

Bollywood star Farhan Akhtar's forthcoming movie is titled Lucknow Central where he will be seen as an aspiring Bhojpuri actor who is a prisoner too. He will be seen as a big fan of Bhojpuri megastar Manoj Tiwari. The versatile actor shared his first look from the movie and he is totally nailing as a guy from Uttar Pradesh.

In the first look, Farhan is seen holding a slate which gives out his details of being a prisoner from Lucknow Central jail.

Farhan posted the first look telling, "Ye hai Kishan Mohan Girhotra .. jail mein isse१८२१ bulaate hain. #LucknowCentral #firstlook #15september2017"

Lucknow Central is helmed by Ranjit Tiwari and is slated to release on September 15, 2017. Along with Farhan, the film also stars Diana Penty, Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, Ronit Roy and Rajesh Sharma in pivotal roles.

Bollywood Poster Boys has a funny twist with Sunny, Bobby and Shreyas!

Film Posters Boys is a remake of Marathi movie Poshter Boyz, which was produced by Shreyas Talpade. Shreyas is now making his directorial debut in Bollywood with Posters Boys. The picture stars Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol and Shreyas himself.

Lately, Sunny shared the new poster of their forthcoming movie and well, we must say that the actor-director Shreyas has given it a funny twist. In the poster, you see Sunny, Bobby and Shreyas in their wrestling boys avatar but you will miss seeing Sunny's 'dhai kilo ka haath'.

But, the exciting bit about the poster is the tag line - 'Humne nasbandi karwali hai aap bhi karwalo'.

Bobby was last seen in Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, that also starred his brother Sunny and father, Dharmendra. On the other side, Sunny lately returned to the big screen with Ghayal Once Again.

Previously in an interview with a famous tabloid, the actor-director Shreyas spoke about the movie, “First of all, they liked the script and subject of the movie very much. And they haven’t done anything like this before. And this is what that they got attracted to because as you can see many actors have now started experimenting with themselves and I think Sunny paji and Bobby must have also thought that this is the script where they can try something different. So they loved the script and immediately agreed to be a part of it.”

Kriti, Ayushmann & Rajkummar get groovy in Bareilly Ki Barfi's song Sweety Tera Drama!

The very first song from Bareilly Ki Barfi is out. Titled Sweety Tera Drama, the track is picturised on the leads Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao.

In the music video, the entire cast gets together for a gala and dance their heart out. It's a fun watch to see Kriti breaking into break dance and Rajkummar-Ayushmann showing off their groovy moves.

As the movie is a love triangle, the jealousy in Ayushmann's eyes is noticeable throughout the song.

Sweety Tera Drama is sung by Dev Negi, Pawni Pandey and Shraddha Pandit. The lyrics are penned by Shabbir Ahmed and the music is given by Tanishk Bagchi.

Bareilly Ki Barfi is directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and written by Dangal helmer Nitesh Tiwari. It is slated to release on August 18, 2017.

Rishi Kapoor opens ups about Govinda’s expulsion from Jagga Jasoos!

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor's Jagga Jasoos has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. The film, which was previously scheduled to release in 2014, suffered frequent delays and finally hit the screens on July 14, 2017. Apart from the delay, it was Govinda's expulsion from the film that grabbed headlines.

Lately, a few images of Govinda from Jagga Jasoos leaked on the web, baffling people whether he is a part of the movie or no. While sources close to Govinda agreed that he is very much a part of the film, later both Anurag Basu and Ranbir Kapoor repudiated the news.

Now, Ranbir Kapoor's father Rishi Kapoor responded to this news in an interview with a daily. When he was questioned about it, he told, "Sometimes, Ranbir's films do well, sometimes, they don't. But here, Ranbir is the producer too, and his neck is in the noose. Who the hell are you (Basu) to do all this? It is ridiculous that a producer hadn't seen his product a day ahead of the film's release. You may be the biggest director in the world but nobody would like to work with you because you are irresponsible. There is somebody else's money involved in this. I trusted you (Basu), and this is what you give us? Ranbir hasn't held back on spending money on it. You (Anurag Basu) even threw Govinda out of the film. If you don't want Govinda to work in your film, why did you ask him in the first place? Iss sab mein Ranbir ka naam toh kharaab hoga, aur kya? Mera kharaab hoga! (With these developments, it's Ranbir and my name that's gathered negative limelight)."

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja get crazy in New York!

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and beau Anand Ahuja's relationship is getting stronger day-by-day. They are often spotted vacationing together and going for dates. Additionally, their PDA on Instagram is too cute for words.

Lately, the couple was in New York City, where Sonam not only went for a mini vacation but also shot for Sanjay Dutt biopic.

Anand took to his Instagram page and shared numerous pictures and videos with Sonam.

In one of the images, Anand is seen going for a long walk with Sonam holding hands. Sonam looked pretty in an A-line checkered kurta and wide leg pants. She teamed it up with oxidised jewellery, vintage sunglasses and a pair of Kolhapuri chappals.

Arjun Kapoor opens up about his “Metrosexual Hero” tag!

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor is presently gearing up for the release of his film Mubarakan which also stars Anil Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty.

When a famous tabloid enquired the actor if he is scared of being tagged as a metrosexual hero, Arjun responded, "I don't think I have been tagged as a metrosexual hero. Half Girlfriend did well in UP, Bihar, Rajasthan and Indore. Gunday also did well in those regions. Ishaqzaade was a pan-India success at that point."

He further added, "I am always trying to meander my way into every household in India. I want to be a pan India hero. That's how you can survive. When you have survived for four or five years and have a body of work, you should only look towards making more inroads. You cannot be stuck in personas of being massy, urban, classy, sophisticated or rustic. These are tags that you can break."

On not being completely Bollywoodised, the actor disclosed, "I am very proud that I hail from the film fraternity. I am never apologetic about it. That doesn't mean that there aren't other facets to my personality. I am a well-rounded person, not just physically (laughs)."

Would Arjun ever take up a film that depicts women derogatively and Arjun specified, "Films mirror society. When you read about a character, if it's not written with a particular agenda, say where they not purposely trying to malign the opposite sex and the journey brings about a catharsis, then it makes sense."

"If a film is derogatory towards women, I won't affiliate myself with it. That is not the reality I would like to put out in the world," he further added.

There are numerous times when it is said that Bollywood has a heavy impact on the masses. On this, the actor got candid and told, "If we, as filmmakers and creative people, start becoming the do-gooders and the cleansers of society, it means that the infrastructure of our government has let us down drastically. Do you mean to say that we are the only cause for everything bad that happens in the country? If that is the case, then there is a fundamental flaw in the system."

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Mubarakan is scheduled to release on July 28, 2017.
