Abhishek Varman’s partition drama continues to make news
even if the filmmaker himself has stayed mum on the project.
First there was buzz that the Karan Johar and Sajid
Nadiadwala coproduction will star Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt
in lead roles, and now I hear that top veterans might join the party too.
Apparently Abhishek is in talks with Sridevi and Sanjay Dutt to play key
supporting roles in the period film that Yash Johar’s brainchild. Curb your
enthusiasm till there’s an official announcement.
