Filmmaker Rohit Shetty unquestionably has a busy 2k17 ahead
of him. Besides directing the fourth installment of the Golmaal franchise, Golmaal
Again, Rohit will also be hosting Khatron Ke Khiladi, this
season in Spain.
Talking about his busy schedule with a famous daily, Rohit told,
"I'm shooting Golmaal Again till May 17 and the
following morning I'm taking off to Spain for KKK. Once I'm back in
July, I'll resume shooting for the film for another 10-15 days.We have to be
ready for a Diwali release."
Golmaal Again may be clashing with Aamir Khan's Secret
Superstar but has luckily averted a clash with Rajinikanth and Akshay
Kumar's 2.0. When questioned about this, he told, "My film has
shaped up well and I'm glad we have a good window to add to the business. All
the Golmaal films have come on Diwali."
Golmaal Again stars Ajay Devgn, Parineeti
Chopra, Tabu, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Johnny Lever
and more.
In the meantime, rumours were widespread that Ranveer
Singh will be collaborating with Rohit soon as the two even met up for
meeting a couple of times. When investigated about the reports, Rohit finally confessed,
"Yes, I am planning a film with Ranveer Singh, we are in talks."
The film will most likely be the Hindi remake of the Telugu movie Temper. Directed
by Puri Jagannadh, Temper starred NT Rama Rao Jr and Kajal Aggarwal. The
plot is about a corrupt cop.
