I had goosebumps when the story of Airlift was narrated to me, says Akshay Kumar!

Akshay Kumar, who will be next seen playing an Indian businessman from Kuwait in forthcoming movie Airlift, confessed in an interview that he was pretty speechless and shocked when the script of the movie was narrated to him.

Explaining on the same, Akshay told that he was completely unacquainted about the role that Air India pilots played during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait and added that he had goosebumps when the story was narrated to him. Akshay further said that a separate movie could be made on the valour of the pilots, who flew into war-zones to evacuate Indians, who were stranded in Kuwait in the aftermath of the Iraqi invasion.


Airlift is slated to release on January 22.
