Bollywood megastar Salman Khan, who is known for his good
sense of humour took digs at his pupil Sooraj Pancholi when the latter broke
down in tears at the trailer launch of his debut movie Hero, which is being
produced by Salman.
When at the trailer launch event of the movie, when Sooraj
was called upon the stage, the young lad broke down in tears and hugged Salman
Khan, who did not seem shocked at all by this display of emotions. If this was
not all, when introducing Sooraj and Athiya Shetty, Salman pointed at the
crying Sooraj and joked, “Sooraj is the heroine of the film and Athiya is the
hero of the film.” Must say that we were fairly taken aback by Salman's callous
and sexist remark.
Directed by Nikhil Advani, Hero is slated to release on
September 11 this year.
