Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan’s comeback movie Rhea
Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding is one of the most anticipated movies. The movie hyped
to be a chic-flick also stars Sonam Kapoor, Shikha Talsania and Swara
Bhaskar. The team wrapped up the first
schedule in Delhi lately. Kareena was seen shuttling between Mumbai and Delhi
with son Taimur Ali Khan as she shot for the movie.
The team also shot important sequences in Mumbai. Kareena
Kapoor Khan was photographed filming a scene at the Mumbai International
airport lately. A tabloid reports that the film’s cast and crew will now be
flying to Phuket to shoot for a special song.
About the movie and her role, Kareena had told, “It’s the
story of four girls who attend my wedding and all the dhamaal that it involves.
It showcases women and their emotions. It’s the right time to do this kind of
film.”
She had also revealed, “It is my wedding in the movie and it
will be different. Rhea is going to style me. It will be stylish. And with
Sonam - the fashionista in the movie, I surely cannot wear my jeans and
t-shirt. Or you never know, I may convince her to come out of her ball gowns
and wear jeans and t-shirt. You'll should wait and watch”
Kareena and Sonam will be flying to Thailand on 5th November
for 10 days. They will be sporting beach wear and party hats. The fun song will
be picturised on the girls. Producer Rhea Kapoor will be accompanying the team
to Thailand.
The movie is being helmed by Shashanka Ghosh is slated to
hit theatres on May 18, 2018. The first poster of the movie was released lately
and received much appreciation.
