Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt are the new
BFFs in Bollywood. Lately, we saw their closeness at many Diwali bashes and
Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday party in Alibaug.
When questioned about Deepika Padukone, Alia revealed, “I
think of beauty, substance and strength, and I really think she represents all
these three words really strongly. Beauty because she’s beautiful, substance
because of the characters she has played and choices she has made and strength
because of how honest she is and how she has come out and spoken about an
important cause.”
On Padmavati, she had lately showered praise on Deepika by telling,
“I’ve not seen the performance yet but I saw the trailer, I think Padmavati….
Deepika is Padmawati was just so fabulous and she just looked like so fabulous
and I know I can never look like that or act like that.. she just looks like a
Queen and I told her also ‘you are so lovely and so inspiring’ and I just know
she is going to nail it in that film I just get that sense. I’m really looking
forward to this one.”
