Varun Dhawan considers Salman Khan as one of his mentors and
deservedly so. Salman has featured in many movies which have been directed by
Varun's dad David Dhawan.
Hence, it made sense that years after Judwaa was released,
Varun would star in Judwaa 2 and bring the essence of Raja and Prem back.
Salman also had a cameo in the movie as well and was seen interacting with
Varun's character.
It looks like we will get to see the Judwaa magic again as
Salman and Varun will be collaborating together as the two will co-host a
segment for an upcoming award show, according to a leading daily.
The theme for the segment will have to do with Judwaas!
A source said to the daily, "Given the two have done a
film with the same subject, the makers want to cash in on that. The two actors
will be doing something special besides shaking a leg to their films’
chartbusters, Tan Tana Tan and others."

On the work front, Salman will next be seen in Tiger Zinda
Hai. The movie which also stars Katrina Kaif is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and
is the sequel to the 2012 hit Ek Tha Tiger which was then directed by Kabir
Khan. Tiger Zinda Hai is slated to release on December 22, 2017.
Varun will next be seen in October which also marks the
debut of Banita Sandhu and is being helmed by Shoojit Sircar. October is slated
to release on April 13, 2018.
