Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has been a part of
hero-centric movies such as Dabangg, Rowdy Rathore, R... Rajkumar. The actress
in an interview with a tabloid said that she is not regretting doing such movies.
She revealed, "I always set aside the negative thing
and look at positives only. Today, whoever and whatever I am is because of
these films. The kind of reach I have today is because of these movies."
The actress further specified, "Also now if I am doing movies
like Akira and Noor, as a solo heroine, it is because of these movies. So,
there is nothing to complain."
Sonakshi also told that she will always be grateful to
Salman Khan for launching her in Dabangg in 2010. Sinha specified, "I am
grateful to him for showing me the path and whatever I am today is because of
Dabangg and because of the faith he showed in me. Rajjo (her character from
Dabangg) will always be part of Dabangg even if it means somewhere in the
background (I will do it)."
She also informed that Dabangg 3 shooting will begin next
year. When questioned whether the news of her equation ruined with Salman
affected her, the actress specified, "I ask Salman what you have fought
with me on now? I think people want to talk something or the other. It makes no
difference to me. It is not worth talking about it. We know what equation we
share."
Sonakshi's latest release Ittefaq also starring Sidharth
Malhotra and Akshaye Malhotra is getting good reviews at the box office.
In of the interviews, the actress had told, "My dad was
supposed to do the original Ittefaq, and I am there in the remake version, so
it's a big thing for me. I think life has come full circle to me," said
Sonakshi.
"I am upset that I have been the quintessential good
girl of Hindi cinema... There are two sides to me and that is what attracted me
to do the film," further added the actress.
