I am a manly, walking, talking, Mills & Boon kind of lover, says SRK!

Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma are busy with the promotions of their Imtiaz Ali film Jab Harry Met Sejal. The film is all set to release on August 4th and SRK and Anushka could not be more excited. During a promotional interview, SRK was questioned what makes him the best lover onscreen, and how he has retained this image for so many years.

SRK went on to describe this in detail. His co-star Anushka also disclosed her thoughts telling, "It is his dimples, his smile...It is our memories of seeing him fall in love and making others fall in love with him and thinking, 'I too want to  fall in love like this.'  And you want to see him again and again because when he falls in love, you too get that feeling. I think we want to relive our memories."

Shah Rukh Khan told smiling, "I am a manly Mills & Boon kind of lover..a walking, talking Mills & Boon. I don't have a personal brand of love. I have said this before, I really don't have an idea of love. I could be a Devdas lover, I may have my mannerisms…"

He further added, "I understand love, I am like an empty vessel, which you can fill and I will take the shape of love. I have never been the same lover in my films, I have been the lover as my director sees fit. But I understand Imtiaz's lover better. I don't though, have a fixed concept of love."

When questioned if he has become a better partner in real life as a result of this, SRK told, "I don't know women better but I feel women better.  This is because I have done really nice love stories. Even in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, it was from a woman's point of view.  The women can relate to the love in my movies. Therefore, I have started feeling women better. I have become more gentlemanly but I don't know if I have become a better partner."
