Priyanka Chopra’s debut production is getting the South
Indian treatment.
PeeCee’s Marathi movie Ventilator is being remade in Malayalam,
and her mother Madhu is personally overseeing work on the dramedy. Like the
original film, this one will also focus on a joint family whose head goes into
a coma a few days before an auspicious festival, and it’ll show how everyone
copes with the event differently. Madhu is currently finalising the remakes
cast and director, and I’m sure she’ll put a good team together.
