After Shraddha Kapoor rejected being part of Golmaal 4,
the film has been offered to Parineeti Chopra who has been almost finalized for
the role.
Speaking about it, a source disclosed to a famous tabloid, telling,
"The role required a pretty, bubbly girl. She plays a character, who is
not seen by anybody except Ajay Devgn’s character and is his partner in crime.
It’s an interesting, quirky role and Parineeti loved it. Rohit was doubtful
between Shraddha and Pari and met both the actresses for a narration.
Shraddha told she would get back soon, while Pari told yes without qualms.
She loves the brand and wanted to be part of a Rohit Shetty entertainer. It was
this positive attitude that Rohit liked and so, he signed her
immediately."
This will be the third movie by Parineeti after Meri
Pyaari Bindu and Takadum in the year 2017. Titled Golmaal
Again, the movie is scripted by Sajid-Farhad, director of Housefull 3.
Reports have it, that Parineeti has been asked to stay tightlipped about the movie
as the director Rohit Shetty wants to announce it in a splendid style. The
source added, "It includes a special photo session. Now that Shivaay has
released, he will announce the entire cast."
The movie is set to go on floors next year.
