Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana: Real gold outfits for south star YASH!

The film Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and starring Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor, would mark the Bollywood debut of actor Yash, a South superstar and KGF fame. The artist will take on the role of Ravana in the masterpiece. Excitement is further increased by the latest rumors that suggest Yash would wear real gold during the movie.

According to the latest information from a media source, the clothes that are being made for Yash are genuinely valuable. Real gold is being used because Lanka was a golden province under Ravana's rule. In the film, the KGF actor would be shown wearing real gold apparel to represent Ravana's generosity.

Yash will also be seen undergoing a substantial physical transformation in the film. As he gets ready for the job, he intends to gain fifteen kg to look the part.

The official version of the epic mythical story is being produced by Rocking Star Yash's Monster Mind Creations and Namit Malhotra's Prime Focus Studios. This is the latest development. The Global CEO of DNEG, Namit Malhotra, has been planning to adapt this timeless tale for the big screen for a number of years.

People close to the production said that Nitesh Tiwari and the team plan to tell a two-part Ramayana drama including Sunny Deol, Sai Pallavi, Yash, and Ranbir Kapoor. Because of the length and breadth of the movie, the directors chose to tell the story in two parts. "Ramayana will be shot simultaneously, while most in the industry wait for part one's results before taking the second one on floors," according to a source.

The insider continued by stating that a significant portion of Ramayana Part Two would be filmed prior to the publication of Ramayana Part One. The team has planned a 350-day filming schedule for the two Ramayana movies, which will include both solo performances and group scenes with the extended star cast. The two Ramayana films, according to the insider, will be released within a year.

In the movie Ramayana, Sai Pallavi plays Sita Ma and Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Ram. It is predicted that Yash will play Ravana with ten heads. A media source has gathered exclusive information suggesting that Sunny Deol has been cast as Lord Hanuman and that Lara Dutta will portray Kaikeyi on television. The star-studded cast lineup is generating even more excitement because negotiations with Vijay Sethupathi for the role of Vibhishana are still in progress.

Nitesh Tiwari’s next will be an adaptation!

Nitesh Tiwari’s next movie has been shrouded in secrecy ever since he announced that he was making a film for Siddharth Roy Kapur and Ronnie Screwvala.

Now I can reveal that the film will be an adaptation of Varun Agarwal’s novel How I Braved Anu Aunty & CoFounded A Million Dollar Company. The book is based on the true story of how Varun set up a merchandising company, and it’s meant to encourage Gen Next to follow their dreams. Whatever happened, I would just want Zaira to get over it and move on, says Nitesh Tiwari!

After Aamir Khan, Dangal's director Nitesh Tiwari has come out in support of Zaira Wasim. Zaira might have been targeted for all these things, but she was loved for her power-packed act in the movie as the younger version of Geeta Phogat.

The 16-year-old actor, in just a span of two weeks, made headlines for asking for an apology for meeting Jammu & Kashmir's minister and being compared to a painting of a girl in hijab.

In an interview with a famous tabloid, “I will always wish well for Zaira. Whatever happened, I would just want Zaira to get over it, move on, and continue to be the strong girl that she is. I personally believe that she is very talented and is destined to do well in her life. She should not let any of these things affect her.”

This is indeed a valuable advice for the Dangal star!

Apart from Nitesh, Aamir Khan, Preity Zinta and many other fraternity members have come out in the support of the newbie star.

Aamir starrer Dangal’s an amazing journey from newspaper article to screen!

It's all the time enthralling story behind Aamir Khan's keenly expected Dangal. Not many know that back in 2012, it was a small article about Mahavir Singh Phogat in a leading newspaper which caught the attention of one of Disney's creative executives Divya Rao, and inspired her to imagine a film about the Phogats. The article was about Mahavir’s pronouncement to train his two daughters in wrestling, a game which is generally perceived as a man’s sport across the country, particularly in a state like Haryana.

When Divya pitched Dangal’s tale to Siddharth Roy Kapur and other members of the Disney team, they promptly agreed to tell it on the big screen. The next step was to bring someone on board for penning down the story and directing it. It was then that Nitesh Tiwari came on board. Nitesh instantly saw heart and soul in the story and set off for Haryana with Divya to meet Mahavir Singh Phogat and his wrestler-daughters.

As soon as the Phogats agreed to tell their story to the world and Nitesh had penned a script, Disney approached Aamir Khan to play the character of Mahavir Singh on the big screen. Khan loved Nitesh's narration immediately - and rest, as they say, is history!

Aamir starrer Dangal’s breathtaking first trailer is out!

The promo of Aamir Khan's much-awaited movie Dangal, which is based on the life of Haryanvi wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and his daughters, was uncovered recently and we just can't get enough of it!

The trailer throws light on the story of Phogat, a former wrestler, who longs for a son who can carry his legacy forward and win the gold medal in wrestling for the nation. But, much to his dissatisfaction, Phogat is blessed with daughters.

But when Phogat recognizes that his daughters are as good as sons when they bash up some tyrants, Phogat decides to train them in wrestling. Aamir Khan is not called Mr. Perfectionist for nothing and the actor is as inspiring as ever.

The movie also stars Sakshi Tanwar, who essays his wife and actresses Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra as his daughters Geeta and Babita correspondingly. The wrestling scenes and the sequences where Phogat trains his daughters have been shot stunningly and have made us curious to see the movie on the big screen.

The promo is quite inspirational and though a few scenes from the trailer might remind you of Sultan, Dangal will assuredly prove to be one of the biggest hits this year. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal is scheduled to release on December 23.
