The promo of Tiger Zinda Hai has created an uproar among the
crowds. People are happy to see Salman Khan in an action-packed avatar.
In the prevue, we got to know the premise of the movie which
is based on the rescue mission of 46 Indian nurses from Iraq. But, did you know
the movie was not at all shot in Iraq but the Islamic country was created in
the city of Abu Dhabi instead?
Speaking about it, the director of the movie Ali Abbas Zafar
specified to a daily, "The sand dunes and vast stretches of desert proved
to be advantageous in recreating certain textures. We have shot in temperatures
as high as 50 degrees Celsius on certain days, [which also helped in enhancing
the cinematic experience]."
Ali was all admirations for the government of UAE for
providing the cast and crew with all essential amenities which was needed
during the 40-day schedule of Tiger Zinda Hai. Zafar further revealed,
"The army and air force provided us with tanks, choppers and trucks for
key action sequences. The support that they offered became a primary reason for
us to agree to shoot there."
Tiger Zinda Hai also stars Katrina Kaif opposite Salman
Khan. It is a sequel to the 2012 blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger which was then
directed by Kabir Khan. Tiger Zinda Hai is scheduled to release on December 22,
2017.
