Arjun doesn't want cousin sister Sonam to meet his future girlfriend!

Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor might be bachelor as of now and he is remotely not even dating anybody but if someday he dates someone, he is very much clear about the fact he is not making that girl meet his cousin sister Sonam Kapoor.

In an interview with a TV channel, Arjun disclosed how his uncle Anil Kapoor wants him to get wedded and settle down. When questioned who is the one person Arjun thinks his girlfriend should rather not meet?, Arjun without any hesitation took the name of his cousin sister Sonam. Shocked much?

Well, Arjun thinks Sonam is a possessive sister and would shoot a lot of questions to his potential gal-pal about him.

He told, “She is an extremely possessive sister and is like those big brothers, who sit and cross examine the potential spouse of a sibling. Sonam would start off with 'Do you know what he likes? What do you know about him?' Sonam is a tough one to please but I know she is genuine and will say it the way it is.”

For the unversed, Arjun Kapoor tells he is happy that his decision to take up the film Mubarakan, which has been loved by people, was right.

"When I heard good things about the film from friends and fans on social media, I felt vindicated as an actor that my decision to do this film was correct," Arjun told during a visit to suburban theatres here on Friday along with his uncle and co-star Anil Kapoor and the film's director Anees Bazmee.

"I am happy that in my short span of a career, I am able to deliver a film which entertained the audience right from kids to senior citizens. It's a very rare thing in a young actor's life," further added Arjun.

Mubarakan is managing to roll in crowds at the theatres with a 100 per cent growth over the weekend. Its box office figures at the end of Sunday stand at Rs 22.91 crores, as reported by a famous trade analyst.
