Bollywood actress and producer Anushka Sharma's second home
production Phillauri has been in news for quite some time now. The movie,
which also stars Diljit Dosanjh in the lead, has finally got a release date.
Film Phillauri will release on March 24, 2017.
Shot in the picturesque locations of Punjab, the movie, went on floors on
Baisakhi previously this year and was wrapped up by June.

loved by audiences and critics and Phillauri, our fun, romantic movie
falls perfectly under this bracket. It has a unique concept that hasn't been
explored before, has the perfect balance of romance and comedy, a fresh
exciting pairing and of course Anushka Sharma, who has won hearts with her much-loved
performances film after movie. All this makes Phillauri an out-an-out
entertainer that cuts across all age groups. We are excited to announce that
the film will release on 24th March 2017," told the producers.
Co-produced by Clean Slate Films and Fox Star Studios, Phillauri is
a fun-filled romantic Hindi movie set in Phillaur, Punjab. Directed by debutant
Anshai Lal & written by Anvita Dutt.
