Bollywood’s Baadhsah Shah Rukh Khan has not been leaving any stone unturned to promote his next film Pathaan which is slated to release on 25th January, 2023. Presently, SRK and Yash Raj Films is preparing to release Pathaan’s trailer at 11am on Tuesday dated 10 Jan. 2023.
The Darr star knows well how to create buzz for film. Following this, the Yes Boss actor shared a Pathaan’s new poster in which Deepika Padukone is looking smoking hot in backless attire.
Shah Rukh Khan took to his Twitter handle to share the release date of ‘Pathaan’ trailer along with a few latest posters.
In the shared new poster featuring Deepika Padukone, the Piku star looks all things hot in a backless indigo dress while holding guns in both her hands.
SRK also posted his own poster, which features his character in the middle of an action scene with handcuffs around his wrist and a gun in his hand.
Helmed by Siddharth Anand of ‘War’ fame, ‘Pathaan’ will release on January 25 in many Indian languages.
Controversy on Pathaan:
The chartbuster song "Besharam Rang" became debatable after some groups alleged that the song promotes obscenity and it disrespects the saffron colour as Padukone features in a saffron bikini in the song. Madhya Pradesh home minister called the song objectionable and warned that his government may consider banning the movie if costumes in the song are not corrected. Shahrukh Khan's effigies and posters were burnt in various cities of MP as a symbol of protest against the film. Well-known Shaktimaan show actor Mukesh Khanna questioned the Censor Board for passing the song despite obscenity.
Pathaan Release Date:
Pathaan is scheduled to be theatrically released, in standard and IMAX versions, in India on 25 January 2023, coinciding with Indian Republic Day weekend along with dubbed versions in Tamil and Telugu. Pathaan is the first Indian film to release in novel ICE theatre format.
