Jessica Chastain and Will Smith win best actor awards at Critics Choice Awards 2022!


Recently, the 27th annual Critics Choice Awards were held on Sunday, March 13 at The Century Plaza Hotel. With Taye Diggs and Nicole Byer as the hosts, the awards ceremony saw Hollywood stars turn up on the red carpet looking their absolute best. 

The Critics Choice Awards are known to honour the best of Film and Television and with numerous major projects of the past year competing for the coveted honours, it was a delight to see some of the best works in the entertainment industry being honoured. Among the top acting honours of the evening, Will Smith took home the Best Actor award for his performance in the film King Richard. In the Film acting honours, Jessica Chastain bagged the Best Actress win for her performance in The Eyes of Tammy Faye. For Television, Succession star Kieran Culkin bagged an award in the Best Supporting Actor for his act in Succession. Also, The White Lotus' Jennifer Coolidge and Murray Bartlett, took home the Supporting Actors honours in a limited series. Check out the full list of winners below.
