Alia Bhatt is presently shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s film,
Raazi in Patialia. The spying thriller that is based on the novel “Calling
Sehmat” by Harinder Sikka will hit the theatres on 11th May next year. The beautiful
actress has been away from home for almost a month now. Alia had welcomed her
cat, Edward into her family on her 24th birthday and has been missing him.
Alia spoke to a tabloid and told, “You know, I will be back
in Mumbai only by the end of September [after wrapping up the shoot]. But, in between,
and not many would believe that, but I will be travelling to the city just to
see my cat (Edward) so that I am assured that he hasn’t forgotten me. So, after
we finish the schedule in Patiala, I have a couple of days in hand before I
reach Kashmir, Jammu & Kashmir [for another schedule]. So, I will come to
Mumbai; spend a day with my cat and the next day, I will fly to Kashmir.”
Alia’s social media account is occupied with snaps of Edward
Bhatt. About her bond with her cat, Alia told, “Yes, it is true love, and the
only kind of love that I have. I would call it, ‘one solid relationship.’” Alia
has been in the news following her rumored split with boyfriend Sidharth
Malhotra.
