Actors are most susceptible to injuries when they shoot for
action sequences. Earlier, John suffered a serious knee injury while shooting
for Force 2. And while we do realize the connection between action
sequences and accidents, the Dear Zindagi team experienced quite the different.
It occurred when Shah Rukh and Alia were filming the cycling
scene in a narrow lane that made using huge equipment’s a hefty task. To sort
this out a tempo was called to carry the equipment and team. But, the tempo
driver soon dazzled by the stars lost control and bumped into SRK’s cycle.
A close source as tevealing, “As soon as the tempo
halted, Gauri Shinde and our DOP jumped on to the scene to
ensure everything was under control. SRK escaped without a scratch. He
even laughed the incident off and was up for a retake. But Gauri and the DoP
didn't want to risk it again. Also, they had already got the perfect shot.”
