Early Life and Education

Brought up in a Sikh family in Kota, Jasmin completed her schooling in her hometown. Demonstrating an early interest in the performing arts, she later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from a college in Jaipur. Even during her college years, Jasmin harbored aspirations of stepping into the world of modeling and acting.   

Early Career (2011-2016)

Jasmin's initial foray into the entertainment industry began with modeling assignments, which provided her with a platform to showcase her talent and gain recognition. Her acting debut came in 2011 with the Tamil film Vaanam, where she played a significant role. Following this, she appeared in several South Indian films, including the Malayalam film Beware of Dogs (2014) and the Telugu films Veta (2014) and Ladies & Gentlemen (2015). These early roles helped her gain valuable experience and exposure in the film industry.   

Breakthrough and Recognition (2015-2019)

The year 2015 marked a significant turning point in Jasmin's career as she made her debut in Hindi television with Zee TV's popular romantic drama Tashan-e-Ishq. Her portrayal of Twinkle Taneja, a vibrant and charming young woman, resonated strongly with audiences, making her a household name. Her chemistry with her co-stars was highly appreciated, and the show's success catapulted her into the limelight.   

Continuing her successful run on television, Jasmin took on the role of Teni Bhanushali in Colors TV's love triangle drama Dil Se Dil Tak (2017-2018). Jasmin continued to explore different facets of her career, participating in the supernatural drama Naagin 4: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel (2019-2020) as Nayantara. In 2020, she participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi - Made in India and emerged as the second runner-up.   

A significant chapter in her career unfolded with her participation in the reality show Bigg Boss 14 (2020-2021). Her genuine personality and strong opinions made her a popular contestant, and her relationship with fellow contestant Aly Goni garnered considerable attention.   

Venturing into the Punjabi film industry, Jasmin made her debut with Honeymoon (2022) opposite Gippy Grewal, which was a commercial success. In 2024, she starred in Carry on Jattiye, a part of the popular Carry on Jatta franchise, and also appeared in Ardaas Sarbat De Bhale Di, again alongside Gippy Grewal, portraying the character of Bani.
