Elvish Yadav wins the Bigg Boss OTT 2 Grand Finale, receives the trophy, and receives a cash award of Rs 25 lakh, The first runner-up was Abhishek Malhan!
Abhishek Malhan finished as the first runner-up, and Elvish
Yadav received a cash reward of Rs 25 lakh for winning the season's
competition. The top two competitors must select their favorite items from the
house before the winner is announced. Then they are called to the garden area
outside. Salman Khan generates anticipation before announcing the winner and
takes his time doing it. Elvish and Abhishek are asked to pray as he holds
their hands. After more than ten minutes, he raises Elvish's hand and announces
that he has won. "Mein bola tha agar mein jeeta toh ye trophy Abhishek ke
haath mein dunga," says Elvish as he raises the trophy, before giving it
to Abhishek. He then invites Manisha to assist them in lifting the prize.
The first contestant to be eliminated today was Pooja Bhatt,
who was then followed by Bebika Dhurve and Manisha Rani. Abhishek Malhan
finished as the first runner-up to season champion Elvish Yadav.
Bigg Boss OTT's second season debuted on Jio Cinema on June
17. Thirteen candidates, including Puneet Sharma, Aaliya Siddiqui, Akanksha
Puri, Palak Purswani, Pooja Bhatt, Bebika Dhurve, Abhishek Malhan, Avinash
Sachdev, Jiya Shankar, Manisha Rani, Jad Hadid, Cyrus Broacha, and Falaq Naazz,
competed in the Salman Khan-hosted competition. Jiya Shankar was the sixth
candidate to be ousted in the previous week during a mid-week elimination
round, while Puneet Sharma made history by becoming the first contestant to be
dismissed in less than 24 hours.
