Rumour has it that Ajay Devgn’s Raid is getting a follow-up.
The first film ended with his IRS officer character Amay
Patnaik being relocated to another city, and Raid 2 will follow him to his new
posting. As many of you know, Raid was inspired by a real incident that took
place in the 80s, and there’s buzz the sequel will be based on a more recent
raid in Kanpur where officers literally struck gold. Remember, Ajay has his
hands full with Bhuj: The Pride of India and Maidaan, so the wait for Raid
2 might be slightly longer than expected!
