The highly anticipated trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's
Padmavati is out and it will assuredly astonish you.
In the trailer, there are three main characters - Rani Padmavati
(played by Deepika Padukone), Maha Rawal Ratan Singh (played by Shahid Kapoor)
and the main antagonist obsessed with Rani Padmavati, Alauddin Khilji (played
by Ranveer Singh).
While Shahid and Deepika's chemistry and royal avatar will
win you over, it is the evil and brutal avatar of Ranveer that will haunt you
and leave chills down your spine.
Along with the amazing VFX, it is the electrifying music
that will instantaneously leave you curious. We also get a prevue of the climax
Johar sequence performed by Deepika. You can make out from the trailer, the
Sanjay Leela Bhansali grandeur touch added to the movie and how epic this
magnum opus is going to be.
Ranveer may steal the spotlight with his threatening act!
As Deepika shared the trailer, the actress posted,

Bhansali got candid about his excitement for Padmavati's
trailer with a tabloid and specified, "I'm overwhelmed by the love the
film has received so far. Padmavati is a tribute to our brave Rajput men and
women and a story that the entire country will be proud of."
