In 2006 Rensil D’Silva approached Karan Johar for a film
about the Kohinoor diamond, but KJo thought the screenplay was too substantial
to produce, so he advised Rensil to turn it into a novel instead.
Well, now the novel titled Kohinoor Express is out on a
bookshelf near you! The plot is inspired by the two legends that the Kohinoor
was a gift to Lord Krishna from Surya and that today only women can wear it
without bad things happening to them. Make sure to grab a copy of the excellent
book from a bookstore near you!
