Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced a new project over the
festive season.
The man who is currently busy on the pre-production of his
Alia Bhatt-starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi will make a biopic about Baiju Bawra
right after. SLB’s film about the dhrupad musician who performed in the court
of Man Singh Tomar of Gwalher during the 15th century Mughal rule will release
during Diwali 2021. I can’t wait to see his take on the legend who was rumoured
to be able to light oil lamps by singing Raga Deepak and make it rain by
singing Raga Megh!
