Bollywood star Bhumi Pednekar is presently ready for the
release of her forthcoming movie Bala also starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Yami
Gautam. She is busy promoting Bala as well as her next movie Pati Patni Aur Woh
with Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday. After the trailer of Pati Patni Aur Woh
out, a dialogue from the trailer “Biwi se sex maang lein toh hum bhikhari, biwi
ko sex na dein toh hum atyachari aur kisi tarah jugaad laga ke usse sex haasil
kar lein na toh balatkari bhi hum hain,” has created a problem for the makers
and the actors.
Kartik Aaryan's admirers and the audiences were not happy
with this dialogue. People have said that it speaks about marital rape which is
not being accepted by society. In a media chat, Bhumi talked about the
criticism the trailer of Pati Patni Aur Woh received. She told that if they
have hurt anybody’s sentiments, they are sorry because that wasn’t the
intention. But everybody who is involved in Pati Patni Aur Woh does not belong
to that school, does not belong to that thought process.
