Preity Zinta and Vir Das are making guest appearances in the
American TV series Fresh Off The Boat.
The hit comedy follows the Taiwanese-American Huang family
in Florida in the 1990s, and the desi stars will play an Indian couple whose
daughter attends school with the Huang’s oldest son. There’s already talk of a
spin-off centring on their characters DC and Meena, who own a motel called
Magic Motor Inn, if audiences give their Fresh Off The Boat cameos a thumbs up.
We have our fingers crossed for PZ and Vir!
