It’s a bid adieu time for show Kaala Teeka!

Zee TV's show Kaala Teeka narrated of the lives of three generations of the Thakur family. The show starred a huge cast of actors like Mita Vashisht, Bhupinder Singh, Daljeet Kaur and two child  artistes Adaa Narang as Gauri and Sargam Khurana as Kaali.  Now that it is soon to go off air, the cast and crew seem to be rejoicing their show's farewell in the best promising way. The cast was seen cutting a cake and creating memories to cherish for a lifetime.

The show captured the voyage of a girl child Kaali who was treated as a human Kaala Teeka for another child Gauri and was expected to shadow her everywhere for the well-being of the latter. Kaala Teeka cast celebrated with cake cutting and celebrations. The whole cast was nostalgic and unhappy at the same time with the show’s closure.

Simran Pareenja who is currently seen playing the role of Pavitra says, “I am genuinely happy that Kaala Teeka happened to me. This show has given me recognition and I have enjoyed being a part of it. I have made some very good friends like Daljeet (Kaur) and Fenil (Umrigar). I have seen many leaps in the show and emotionally I am very attached to it and will surely miss shooting for it.” She also added, “From playing a 20 year old girl to a mother, I have got a chance to explore my abilities as an actor. I’ve learnt to speak Bhojpuri and even performed a lot of difficult stunts on my own. I will remember this phase, this show forever. I am glad the makers aren’t dragging the storyline as it loses the charm of its plot so it’s better to end the show on a high”.

In the meantime, going by the present plot of the story, Naina who has regained her memory is furious to know that Pavitra has married the love of her life, Krishna. On the other hand Pavitra is confused as Naina is forcing her to leave the village and come with her to Lucknow while Krishna wants her to stay back with him in the village. Together, Naina and Pavitra decide to put Thakur behind the bars for his deeds and misusing the women of the village.

Kaala Teeka will go off air on 17th April and will be substituted by Sethji.
