Rumours were widespread for quite some time about the
casting of Salman Khan's production movie Jugalbandi. When it came to
the lead actor names like Fawad Khan and Saif Ali Khan popped
up while for the lead actress Parineeti Chopra's name was making the
rounds.
Now, there were rumours of Jacqueline being offered the film.
As per to our sources, the actress has turned down the offer citing date
issues.
The source told, "Jacqueline had been offered the
movie, however, she is currently working towards her three upcoming projects, Drive,
Reload and Judwaa 2, hence in spite of trying to work around the
dates, a window could not be allocated as she had already committed to her
earlier projects."
Talking of Judwaa 2, the actress will be flying
down to London soon to join Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu who
have already started shooting for the movie. The London schedule will be
wrapped by mid-May. The movie is slated to release on September 29, 2017,
and is being helmed by Varun's father David Dhawan. Judwaa 2 is the
sequel to the 1997 comedy hit Judwaa which then starred Salman Khan,
Karisma Kapoor and Rambha. Salman will be having a cameo in the movie.
Jacqueline also has Reload which will see her pair
opposite Sidharth Malhotra. The movie is helmed by Krishna D.K. and Raj
Nidimoru and is slated to release on August 25, 2017. She will be pairing
opposite Sushant Singh Rajput for the first time in the movie Drive which
is being directed by Tarun Mansukhani.
