Hindi Film Industry songs have a strong fan base across the world
and one got to view this madness when "Baar Baar Dekho" actor
Sidharth Malhotra reached at the Christchurch airport. Much to his shock, he
was welcomed by children who performed to his famous Bollywood tracks like
"Kar gayi chull" and "Kala chashma".
It didn't take long for the actor to join the children,
dressed in yellow glittery outfits, and exhibit his dance moves.
"I was very ecstatic to see the kids perform
to my songs... with such a warm welcome," the actor, who is once again in
New Zealand to relax from his hectic schedule, said.
Former Black Cap cricketers Stephen Fleming and Brendon
McCullum also welcomed the actor at the airport.
"It feels great to be back to this beautiful country.
The beginning of my trip has been fantastic. I received such a warm welcome
from Stephen and Brendon at the airport. I can't wait to further explore New
Zealand and have an amazing holiday," told the actor, who also had a few
selfie moments with his admirers.
Sidharth, who is the brand ambassador of Tourism New
Zealand, also conveyed how proud he is to promote the country that is known for
its scenic beauty, hospitality and adventure.
The "Student of the Year" star also "bumped
into" the country's Prime Minister John Key at Auckland airport.
"Guess who I bumped into at the Auckland Airport? Prime
minister John Key. Gracious and warm as always," Sidharth captioned the
image.
On the film front, the 31-year-old actor will next be seen
sharing screen space with actress Jacqueline Fernandez in a yet untitled movie.
