Bollywood veteran actress Kirron Kher's father, Colonel
Thakur Singh, passed away recently and husband Anupam Kher took to Twitter to authorize
the news. He posted, "Col. Thakur Singh, Kirron Ji's father departed for a
better world this mor. He was one of d kindest persons I have ever met. Will
miss him."
Satya Pal Jan, former BJP MP from Chandigarh, said a leading
media source that Singh was 103 years old and added, "The cremation will
take place in the afternoon tomorrow."
