Generally, when a prison sequence is being shot, a temporary
prison set is created for the scene, but in the case of laugh riot Saat
Uchakkey, the makers decided to shoot at as many authentic locations as
possible and a result, Manoj Bajpayee had to go behind bars!
If you have seen the promo of the movie, there is a scene
wherein Manoj is in a police lock-up and is threatening to injure himself with
a brick. You would be shocked to know that not only was this scene shot at an
actual police lock-up, but Bajpayee had an actual thief to give him company in
the scene! The makers of the movie took special permission from the police
authorities to shoot at an actual lock-up.
The film is releasing on October 14th, 2016, worldwide.
