Actress Taapsee Pannu, who had essayed an intelligence
operative in Neeraj Pandey's spy thriller Baby, will be seen playing the lead
role in Naam Shabana, which revolves around Taapsee's character from Baby and
Akshay Kumar, who was rumored to have a cameo role in the movie, not only verified
the news but also disclosed Taapsee's look from the film.
Akshay tweeted a pic of himself along with Taapsee and
Neeraj Pandey from the sets of the movie in Kuala Lumpur and posted, “In
order!! The MasterMind, The Hero and the Cameo... Team NaamShabana workin it on
the streets of Kuala Lumpur.”
Akshay is seen donning his 'Baby' look in the movie, while
Pannu is seen sporting shoulder-length hair.
Naam Shabana', which will be directed by Shivam Nair, is scheduled
for a 2017 release.
