Recently, Gauri Khan’s father Ramesh Chandra Chibber passed
away at a reputed hospital in Delhi. Furthermore, shortly after this sad
development, his last rites were conducted in the presence of his son-in-law
Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan and noted filmmaker Karan Johar. Now, in a
heartwarming development, Gauri lately remembered her father and shared his
photograph with her friends.
In the photo, which was seemingly clicked sometime back, he
is seen spending some quality time with his wife Savita. Remarkably, in the
pic, Ramesh is seen sporting formal attire. Unnecessary to say, given the
recent developments, this photo left Gauri with a lump in her throat.
Gauri Khan’s father was an officer in the Indian army. He
had retired from the post of Colonel. As it so happens following his death SRK
has decided to put his work on hold for a while and help Gauri overcome the
shock.
