Actor-producer John Abraham is one of the few celebrities,
who doesn't have faith in gracing award functions with his presence and the Bollywood
debonair recently opened up about his reasons for doing so.
When asked as to why he stays away from such events, John told
that in his opinion, such events are purely revenue-generating exercises for TV
channels and that he doesn't feel like being a part of such an exercise. John
also further added that the award functions are quite obvious as the winners
know in advance about the awards that they get and he feels that such things
are not honest.
John will be next seen in Rocky Handsome, which releases
next week.
