Actress Vidya Balan, who is known for her acting skills, is
not much of an expert when it comes to the kitchen, but it seems that her role
in Kahaani 2 helped her learn a few dishes.
A source attached to the unit disclosed that in a few scenes
of Kahaani 2, Vidya is seen making omlettes and as Vidya had to learn how to
make them, she took the opportunity to also learn making a few South Indian
dishes from her mother. Vidya will be sharing screen space with Arjun Rampal in
Kahaani 2, which will be helmed by Sujoy Ghosh.
The prequel Kahaani had revolved around an ostensibly
pregnant woman, who comes to Kolkata from London to search for her missing
husband.
