Well-known filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and John Abraham had
teamed up for the first time in 2007 to make a movie named No Smoking, which
was a disaster at the box-office, but has developed a cult status over the
years because of its Kafkaesque plot.
Abraham, who is gearing up for the release of his next movie
Rocky Handsome, lately told in an interview that though No Smoking did not work
at the box-office, he is still proud of that film and keeps telling Kashyap to
make a sequel to it. Abraham quipped that he keeps teasing Kashyap by saying
that unlike others who make sequels of hits, they should make a sequel of a
flop.
John's forthcoming movie Rocky Handsome, in which John plays
a reclusive man with a violent past, is scheduled to release this weekend.
