The wait is finally over! The first look poster for Sitaare Zameen Par has finally been made public, with the official release date set for June 20, 2025. In a message that thrilled fans, filmmaker R.S. Prasanna questioned if they were ready to meet "Sitaare" on Sunday, May 4.
Much to the delight of fans, Aamir Khan Productions posted the Sitaare Zameen
Par first look poster on their Instagram account on May 5. It oozes the
promised humorous flavor with Khan in the picture and his world full of joy and
frolic, along with, of course, kids!
We see an irritated Aamir sitting on a chair with a basketball supporting his
arm. He is shown with several prominent individuals who spread their good humor
by adopting goofy poses. The poster also features pieces of a track, basketball
net, and stars. "Sabka Apna Apna Normal" is an intriguing slogan for
Sitaare Zameen Par.
"A film celebrating love, laughter and happiness. #SitaareZameenPar #SabkaApnaApnaNormal, 20th June Only In Theatres," the post was captioned.
When the statement initially surfaced on social media, fans were overjoyed and showered the comments section with their excitement. "Glad to see that music is still given by Goated trio!" was a post. "So excited, can't wait!" was the response from a third fervent devotee. when someone else inquired, "When trailer will come?"
In an earlier interview with a daily, Aamir had called it a "beautiful story." He claims that if Taare Zameen Par was an intensely emotional film that moved viewers to tears, Sitaare Zameen Par is a comedy that would make them laugh.
But he claimed that the film's central theme—talking about people with
different skills, intelligences, or challenges—remains the same.
