Music composer Wajid Khan’s sad demise in Mumbai due to health issues!

Wajid Khan of Sajid-Wajid fame has died at the age of 42 on 1st June 2020 in Mumbai. The music composer had been admitted to a hospital due to health complications.

After sad demise of various celebs and personalities in 2020, Now, music composer Wajid Khan of Sajid-Wajid fame has passed away. He had been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai after being diagnosed with COVID-19. The news about his demise has been confirmed by Sonu Nigam. 

As per media sources, Wajid had not been keeping well for quite some time and had frequent health issues. The musician along with his brother Sajid has composed some remarkable music numbers which will be remembered for generations. Wajid Khan's unexpected demise has left behind a void in the film industry which will be very difficult to fill in the upcoming years. Sonu Nigam, while recalling the late music composer, writes, "My Brother Wajid left us."

For the information, Wajid Khan along with his brother Sajid Khan first scored music for Salman Khan's Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya in 1998. They have worked as music directors for the movie Hello Brother, Chori Chori and more. The music duo has also composed music for numerous movies starring Salman Khan, which include Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge, Tere Naam, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Partner, Dabangg, Ek Tha Tiger and more.
