Regarded as one of Bollywood's best actresses, Alia Bhatt is well known for her taste in movies as well as her remarkable playing abilities. She hasn't yet worked with her uncle Vikram Bhatt, despite working on Sadak with her father Mahesh Bhatt. The reason behind this was recently given by Vikram, who said, "I don't think I make the kind of films that Alia Bhatt would be interested in." She is a universe unto herself, with choices.
Vikram Bhatt gave an explanation of his reasons for not working with Alia Bhatt in a media chat. He said he never expected to collaborate with her and that he never asked Mahesh Bhatt to include her in his projects. The director of Awara Paagal Deewana stated that his relationship with Mahesh is not related to their families and that Alia may not be interested in his projects. He went on to say that he has never approached Mahesh to recommend Alia for a role and that Alia has her own unique career path and choices. These kinds of inquiries are not part of their relationship.
Janhvi Kapoor was commended by
Vikram Bhatt in the same interview for carving out a place for herself in a
field that is dominated by men. Regardless of the commercial or critical
success of her films, he applauded her for her resolve and choice of roles.
Bhatt emphasized that Janhvi, who he truly admires, had made the decision to
forgo being associated with big performers or taking on supporting roles. He revealed,
"She has chosen not to latch onto some star or become the second heroine
to a third hero. She has refused to do that."
For those who don't know, Mahesh
and Vikram Bhatt have collaborated on multiple movies. Prior to making his
directorial debut with Jaanam, Vikram worked as Mahesh's assistant on films
like Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke and Junoon. Successful movies like Ghulam, Raaz,
1920, Haunted 3D, and others are the product of their collaboration.
Regarding work, Vikram and Mahesh Bhatt recently collaborated on the horror
movie Bloody Ishq, which can be streamed onDisney+ Hotstar right now.
