Vibrant star Ranveer Singh is one of the most versatile
actors. He was last seen as Alauddin Khilji in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's
Padmaavat. It was the first time he essayed a negative role and as Khilji, he
was cruel and wild and left the viewers enthralled with his acting.
Ranveer's forthcoming movie and second release this year is
Rohit Shetty's Simmba. This is the first time Ranveer Kapoor will be seen in a
Rohit Shetty and a masala movie. In the movie, Ranveer Singh essayes the role
of a cop and we have seen numerous pictures and videos shared by the makers
which has got us excited for the movie. While speaking to a media sources,
Ranveer shared his thoughts on doing an out and out commercial movie. Ranveer
Singh revealed, "Simmba is a full-blown masala film. It’s an entertainer.
I believe masala films are the holy grail of mainstream Hindi films. In terms
of genre, it is the king of all genres."
In Simmba, Ranveer stars along with Sara Ali Khan. The movie
is scheduled to release on December 28, 2018.
