Actor Sidharth Malhotra is presently busy shooting for
Jabariya Jodi in Lucknow along with Parineeti Chopra. Nowadays, Sidharth has
made more headlines for his personal life than professional. Sidharth was alleged
to be in a relationship with Alia Bhatt for the longest time. Later, news
suggested that he has started dating Kaira Advani.
Though Sidharth repudiated to be in a relationship with
Kaira, he confessed that he wasn't used to the constant media glare when it
came to his personal life being reported. When asked about marriage, he told
that his mother never asked him any explanation when it came to his
relationships. He also added that his family and especially mother is okay with
him taking time to take things slowly and settle down only when he is ready.
Sidharth also stated that he is planning to give himself seven years and would
probably settle down by the time he turns 40.
On the work front, Sidharth also has Vikram Batra's biopic
in the pipeline. About the movie, Sid told a news agency, “Movies have a great
impact, they live for long. There is a pressure of living up to the idea of
what their son has done. That is why we are taking more time to start the
film.”
“We want to work properly on the story. It is not a
fictitious story that I want to jump into it. I hope whenever the film comes
out the family is happy and proud,” Sidharth added.
